Return and Exchange Policy:
Thank you for shopping with us! We take pride in offering you beautiful handloom ethnic wear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We hope you love your purchase, but if you need to make an exchange, please review our policy below:
Please do not accept the package if it is not in good condition or it is open.
We do not offer cash refunds for items delivered in good condition
Exchange Window:
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Condition of Item:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Proof of Purchase:
Please provide your billing details when requesting an exchange. This will help us process your request efficiently.
How to Request an Exchange
To initiate an exchange, please send an email to mulberryloom@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for the exchange.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for the return of items are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items , as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Non-Eligible Items
Items are not eligible for exchange if:
- They are not in good condition when received.
- They do not meet our condition requirements (e.g., used or damaged items).
Exchange Limitations
- Stock Availability: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will assist you in selecting an alternative item or issue a store credit for the value of the exchanged item.
- Value Limitations: If you are exchanging for an item of lesser value, the remaining balance will be issued as store credit or can be applied to other purchases.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your store credit. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
